Gotta Great Gift Inc. ships via USPS or UPS within the U.S.
We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes and Military Bases at this time.
Our "Smile" Guarantee
At Gotta Great Gift, we want all our customers to be smiling! If you or your gift recipient is not pleased with our product, for any reason, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a credit.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple directions:
1. Contact Customer Service by e-mail within 14 days of delivery. We will then issue you a return authorization (RA) number that needs to be written on the outside of your return package
2. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. We must receive the return withing 30 days of original delivery. If you want to exchange an item, we will ship it once we receive your return at our warehouse. If you would like a credit, this will be issued in the form of a gift certificate via post or e- mail. You can use your credit at gottagreatgift.com anytime, there is not expiriation date. Credit will be given on retail price only and cannot be applied to inbound or outbound shipping costs.
4. Shipping charges, shipping promotions, gift-wrapping and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from your return.

If your item arrives damaged, contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery and please hold onto the box the order was shipped in.
Gotta Great Gift is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new, un-used condition. When making a return, pack items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping.
